How are we keeping you safe at Happy Con?
Attendee and employee safety is very important to Happy Money and as such, the Happy Con 2022 event will follow state, county, venue, and Happy Money employee safety guidelines.
Neither Happy Money nor the Parker Palm Springs is responsible for any guest contracting COVID and the guest voluntarily assumes any and all responsibility and risks related to attending the event.
If you do not feel well prior to the event, are experiencing COVID-19 like symptoms, have recently been diagnosed with COVID-19 or have recently had contact with a known or suspected COVID-19 case, please stay home.
COVID Vaccination:
Palm Springs, CA will no longer require proof of vaccination effective Monday, February 28th, 2022. While the city-wide vaccination requirements have changed, restaurants, hotels, and other businesses in Palm Springs may ask for vaccine verification. We recommend having a digital copy of your card saved on your phone, at a minimum, and consider bringing a paper copy with you.
Masking:
Effective since February 28th, 2022, the City of Palm Springs no longer requires indoor masking, aligning it’s pandemic safety requirements with the state’s policies and guidance. Happy Con will follow the city and venue policies regarding masking. Although masking is not mandated at this time at Happy Con, if an attendee would like to mask but is unable to locate a mask, Happy Money will gladly provide you with on site.
Cleaning:
Happy Money has been in frequent contact with the staff at Parker Palm Springs to discuss their cleaning procedures. The Parker Palm Springs, along with Leading Hotels of the World, have partnered for certification by GBAC Star, the worldwide cleaning industry association that serves as the gold standard for facilities to implement cleaning, disinfection, and disease prevention protocols. Hand sanitizer will be supplied throughout the venue for your convenience. The Parker Palm Springs also contains multiple hand washing stations easily accessible throughout the event duration.
Food and beverage service:
Food and beverage service at Happy Con will be delivered in an outdoor environment where possible to allow for optimal social distancing and ventilation. Dining at Happy Con will be pre-selected by the attendee during their registration process for staff to administer single-serve entrees at dinner on Day 1 and lunch on Day 2 of the event.
Event Experience:
Event experiences aside from main stage and breakout sessions will take place outdoors where possible to encourage social distance and provide maximum ventilation abilities.
Virtual attendance/alternative engagement:
Our goal for Happy Con 2022 is to celebrate our financial partnership relationship with and engage our partners around the future of our business together. In the event you are unable to attend Happy Con 2022 in person, please contact msinner@happymoney.com so event recordings will be made available to you post live event production.

We will maintain up-to-date information here on any changes to the Happy Con 2022 event requirements pertaining to changes in State of California COVID-19 mandates, county, city, and venue policies.
