Do I need to stay at Parker Palm Springs?

We highly recommend staying at the Parker Palm Springs for ease of access in our immersive event experiences and to take advantage of the discounted rates within our Happy Con Event room block. If accommodations are needed outside of the event venue, Happy Money is able to assess assistance on a case by case need.

 

What if I require additional lodging outside of April 12th and 13th?

The group rate is also available on the evening of April 11th. The group rate expires April 1st so be sure to book prior to April 1st to receive the discount. 

 

What if I need to cancel my room reservation?

Please call the Reservations Department at +1 760-770-5000 to cancel your reservation. Reservations not cancelled before 3:00pm PST (7) seven days prior to arrival will be billed for the first night's room and tax charges.

How is my Happy Con 2022 registration confirmed?

You will receive an automated email once you have completed your registration. If you did not receive a confirmation email, please be sure to check your junk folder as well. If you still cannot find your confirmation please send an email to carlee.dowsett@mosaic.com.

 

If I can no longer attend Happy Con 2022, can I transfer my registration?

Please alert your relationship manager or our events team as soon as possible if you are unable to attend Happy Con 2022! We are able to allocate your registration to a fellow colleague or open up your spot to other interested attendees.

 

Can I bring a colleague?

Yes! Because registration is limited, please have your colleague register through our event website when possible to secure their spot at Happy Con 2022.

 

Is there a dress code to Happy Con 2022?

The event will be casual dress. Opt for comfortable clothing and footwear as the event will be indoor and outdoor with a combination of grassy and hardscape flooring! Palm Springs in April will average highs of 87° and lows of 57° with mostly sunny skies.
